If you don't receive your order.

At the moment, we don't provide a return. Otherwise, if you don't receive the product you order within timeframe, we will offer you other product that similar to the ones you order, without obligation to paid anymore. You also available to choose a full refund.

How it works

If you do not receive your purchase within 60 days, and you can prove that you did not receive your order within the stated delivery time, you will get a full refund.

Full refunds are not available in the following circumstances : 

• Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address).
• Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the seller’s control (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by natural disaster).
• Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of jonycase.com.

If the product you receive is not as described or low quality.

If your product is significantly different from product description you can choose to keep the product and get a partial refund and keep the item.

How it works

If you find that the product you receive not as described after the order is complete, you can still submit a refund request for up to 15 days.You can simply provide us with photo image of the product you receive to our customer support's channel in info@jonycase.com.
